Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Over time, we can adjust based on your needs and progress.

We specialize in relational, focusing on understanding your relationships with yourself and others. We also integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Compassion-Based approaches when helpful.

We help with relational trauma, emotional disconnection, self-discovery, and improving relationships. We also work with emotional immaturity, attachment challenges, and breaking intergenerational trauma.
Therapist Qualifications

As a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying, we are liscenced to practice in Ontario with training in relational Gestalt therapy, and experience with trauma recovery, and emotional healing. We’re committed to ongoing education to provide the best care possible.

Yes, everything you share is confidential, except in rare circumstances required by law, such as safety concerns. Your privacy and trust are our top priorities.

Confidentiality is maintained in all sessions. However, there are exceptions where we are legally obligated to disclose information: if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases of abuse involving a minor or vulnerable adult.

Currently our fees range from $150 to $285 depending on session length and service provided. You can access our free resources and space your sessions to fit into your budget. You are investing in your life. We’re happy to discuss this upfront and provide transparency about costs.

We don’t bill insurance directly, but we provide receipts you can submit for reimbursement if your plan covers psychotherapy.

Clients keep a credit or debit card on file in our therapy approved platform, Jane, for automatic payments and invoicing after each session.

Yes, we offer sliding scale options for those in financial need. Let us know if this would help make therapy accessible for you.

We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee, but we understand that life happens and will work with you when needed.

As Registered Psychotherapists, we adhere to the standards set by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). If you have any concerns about our services, you have the right to file a complaint with the CRPO. More information can be found on their website.

Before beginning therapy, we will discuss the therapy process, potential benefits and risks, and answer any questions you may have to obtain your informed consent.
Sessions

We offer online therapy exclusively, providing flexible and convenient support wherever you are in Ontario. We use secure, encrypted platforms that have been approved by the CRPO for all online sessions to protect your privacy. Before starting therapy, we'll discuss the technology used and obtain your informed consent for electronic communication.

We use a secure, easy-to-use platform. Before your session, we’ll send you a private link to join.

Yes! We offer standard 50-minute sessions, but longer sessions can be arranged if needed.

If possible, find a quiet, private space and something to take notes if that helps you. Indoors at home, a quiet room at the office, outdoors, in a neighbours bedroom or a friend’s car, whatever works for you. There’s no right or wrong way to start.

Yes, we work with couples to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. We also offer themed programs of sessions.

Yes, we work online, so our services are accessible to anyone with an internet connection. Let us know if you have specific needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Currently, we offer therapy in English. If you need a therapist in another language, we can help connect you to additional resources.
Scheduling

Our hours are flexible, with day and evening availability to fit your schedule as early as 7AM and as late as 8PM. No sessions on Sundays.

Yes, we offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate busy lives. No sessions on Sundays.
